I got it,but my doctor says it's no medicine for it. The only thing I got was B12 vitamin.😱

I have all of those. my GP knows I have neuropathy but is not interested in finding the cause or treating it. I've been chronicly ill for a long time and I've found every new symptom is just blamed on my conditions detiorrating. they also do nothing for the increasing pain. I wish someone would help me. I just want to have a little bit of life.
