Sorry I’d be questioning the quality too. New siding and already have chipping piece. Something like that was most likely caused on your part. The customer is 100% right here

55k for cheap siding is ridiculous. I paid $11,000 to have mine put in in 2007 and they will still come out and fix anything when I have a problem. Plus, it was much better quality sighting than this.

Just a little bit of advice for the future if you get a call like that again go out there with a couple pieces of siding spend the 15 minutes to fix it and collect your check and move on with your day it took you longer to make this video than it would have to solve the problem

You should take detailed videos or photos of your work upon completion and do a mandatory walk through with the client before you leave the site, it’s possible it was an oversight, everyone makes mistakes.

I own a plumbing company. Two weeks ago we replaced a water heater for a customer. They called us yesterday saying their garbage disposal isn’t working and wondered if it was covered under our warranty for the water heater. 🤦🏼♂️😆
