The amount of times I’ve ran around saying ‘oh, sorry you can’t try that’ AND THEN THEY DO IT AGAIN. At this point can ulta just let us have testers for More mass brands? We’re damaging our more than what the brand is even making and then we don’t have it to sell 😭

Something more annoying…when there is more than one of the same shade opened. Like the first person was bad for but the second person was worse cause they OPENED ANOTHER ONE. Then I can’t buy one cause they are all open😭

so yesterday a lady asked for a joico hair oil that wasn't opened. I said oh, no maam it isn't opened it's for sale. the cap just broke in transit. she goes oh OK! then proceeds to pump 3 pumps into her hands and put it in her hair. i then asked for it so I can now damage it out and that would mean there's not one to buy anymore. she rolled her eyes at me.

I already had to stay late and close so I was already stressed and I see this woman is like opening and swatching a pallet, and I’m thinking hmm she has to be buying it NO. She hands it to me and was like you had no testers and I wanted to try it, but I don’t like it it’s too sparkly😭 (it was also the last one in line) and I was like oh that’s ok I can just damage it, and she was like no you should make it a tester GIRL I CANT MAKE IT A TESTER😭

I had the lady at the register last week she asked if it was the right purple then asked if she could swatch it I told her we couldn't since it wasn't a tester she proceeds to ask to put a dot on my hand. I tell her we can't do that and she tests it on her hand. I was like omg but she bought it

Years ago we were processing damages up at the registers and a customer opened a product near us and went to put it back. I scanned it as damaged and chucked it in the box while making FULL eye contact. STOP OPENING STUFF
