Hiiii I had a Quick question, I feel like I’m brushing too long with the electric toothbrush and I feel like over time it will cause damage. Any tips? I use a soft sonicare toothbrush head, the main problem is my teeth don’t feel clean unless I do it for 4-5 min ( i did have a cleaning recently also)

I’ll just use a tooth pick an electric toothbrush and mouth wash..and of course water when I get my braces.
