@bioncasmith3: This is the humbling connection we love making in the community we travel through!❤️ Not even a language barrier is going to stop us from saving these dogs! Where there is a will…there is a way to accomplish anything when we come together. 😭💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽 I met Norberto Jan 1st this year when we rescued the mama with the fractured leg and her pups. We used an app to translate to communicate and he helped me get the mama. Since then, we’ve been bringing him dog food to help us keep the strays from constantly dying every week on the streets because it’s BAD out here! We used to see about 7 dead dogs a week in this neighborhood and now we only see 1-2. We’ve been feeding 12-16 strays for 90 days and while our goal has always is to get these dogs off the street…It’s far from easy mainly due to shelter being full in Texas. Now we are on a mission to get these dogs out of Texas so they have a better chance of being adopted. Obviously this is a huge mission and it will take a lot of resources and a team of volunteers to get these dogs care and transported to their furever homes but I BELIEVE with the help of social media we can do it! 🙏🏽 All we need is people to act fast with us! 🏃🏾‍♀️ 🏃‍♂️ 🏃 📣 Like, Comment, Share, Donate, Volunteer and tell a friend about us! It’s hard to believe that our non profit @offthegridanimalsanctuary is only 3 months old but we have rescued so many animals and we’re building our off grid sanctuary daily!
