Had to skip they Cayman Islands when I was younger due to a storm. Seas were still rough but it was clear they had it under control.

When I was on the Carnival Jubilee in February 2025 every single time in the middle of the night the ship kept rocking so much 😂😂

They can also fill up tanks in the hull depending on the weather to help stabilise it

We ended up in a storm. Couldn’t feel a single wave or rocking and I’m incredibly prone to sea sickness and I’ve never gotten sick onboard

Went on a carnival cruise one time and I guess it was to big of a storm to avoid or something cause it rained really hard for one day and the rest of the trip was beautiful
