People will probably say, “It’s just a game.” But for me, it was never just a game. I never had friends to play GTA with. I was on Xbox, while everyone I knew was on PlayStation. I’d sit in Discord listening to them laugh, joke around, and plan heists together, knowing I couldn’t join them. They were making memories, and I was just listening in silence. I had to grind Cayo Perico alone every single time. And I never got to do the Diamond Casino Heist because it requires at least two players. I didn’t have anyone. It wasn’t about the money in the game it was about feeling left out. Watching everyone else have the fun you wish you could be part of is a feeling I wouldn’t wish on anyone.
