no one gives a damn about internal culture or morale. all people care about is a paycheck. unusually companies care about a very few people who are friends with the managers not necessary. they care about them because of their talents. it is just a personal relationship

if the big corporations and governments come together internationally and put together a succession plan for the workforce to mitigate labor attrition and the eventual world wide economic collapse. Confidence might be restored depending on transparency.
