Nihilism is literally just forcing urself to be miserable lol. Yes life has no point, that doesn’t mean u stay cooped in a sad shell letting everything happen. U can make urself happy and find ur own point in living by simple things to big things. Life is ur creation, life is ur belief, make it what u want, love urself, be happy and take care of urself. Stop trapping urself in such a negative manner and instead expand that to ur own world.

Nihilism accepts that its all meaningless, and (im guessing this is that part people miss) that we should find our own meaning, discover our own purpose. It's meaningless, nothing matters, so do what you want. No, this isn't my interpretation, this is the literal definition
