Hey @FedEx you need a customer service option to help customers solve when your drivers send the senders package backwards to the sender. Its supposed to go to the receiver! I have a package sitting on my doorstep because they messed up. It took way too much work for me to let them know they sent the package the wrong way. Sometimes these things are time sensitive!
