No outreach happens on Telegram, WhatsApp, or other platforms. Twitter DMs are the only direct channel and even then, outreach to you first does not happen. If anyone comments telling you to DM them, it is not legitimate. Report every suspicious account you see. Stay vigilant and verify everything before engaging.
