as a guy that wears skirts and dresses this is the biggest reason why I wear them. preferably silk ones. Just going outside when there's high winds and feeling the silk fabric swirl around and against my legs is literally the greatest feeling ever. it's something you never get when wearing pants or shorts. and that's why I hardly ever wear pants or shorts anymore.
