I take great "pleasure" in telling the exasperated staff member that I'm sorry I don't know what the menu is as it's just disappeared from the screen. it just slows us all down and makes both the staff and customers angry!

honestly why can't we have static printed menus on the wall again so we can decide before even queuing! I end up looking on the app but that's not doable for everyone
