idk if I'm being the friend that's too woke here but it really felt like Luz's Blackness took a backseat in her character design and arc in TOH and now that she's been replaced that a presumably non-Black ambiguous woman of color, it feels like colorism to me. I'm not blaming Dana Terrace at all, because I know concept art and storylines get whitewashed by production and executives who demand for "tweaks" in big corporations, but I'm definitely looking at Disney sideways.
