hv tried the 2 options, to be honest theres no much deff
1. check price of block price eg around Tkd is 11-13ghc
2.the cost of the pre-beams, cxt of arranging the block if u going like 2nd-3rdfloor
3.get capenters with own board inclusive, relatively both uses sme cement qnnty.
4. they both durable anyways

Most people aren't scared of it. They're simply more familiar with traditional concrete slabs because that's what they've seen for years. People often forget that the beam arrives on site already engineered, manufactured and properly cured under controlled conditions. What we're seeing on site is only the installation stage. One other perception people have is the price. The beam may have a higher upfront cost, but when you consider reduced formwork, faster installation and lower site labor, the conversation becomes much bigger than the price of the beam itself.

The old system is far better. All that you’re saying is that, you are trying to avoid cost and stress. It means, the new system has nothing to do with structural integrity.

Don’t undermined the steel slab system because in some ways proper installation of the already made beams work need a proper and a professional installation which can make it firm but steel slabs can only be supervised by the site manager . Which the already made beams need a professional and a proper supervision with much cost

I'll not advise you to go for this, just go for the old method, cheap things are costly and cost of maintenance is higher than starting from scratch. a word to the the wise.................... .. .
