Rudy :
I bought a Tesla Model 3, and just a month and a half after purchasing it, the battery failed completely. When I contacted the dealership, they refused to help or take any responsibility for the issue.
The battery appears to have been damaged before I purchased the car, yet I was never informed that its health was below 69%. If I had known the battery was in such poor condition, I would never have bought the vehicle.
Now I’m left with a loan of more than $16,000 for a car that doesn’t even work. To make matters worse, I was informed that replacing the battery would cost nearly $14,000. Despite all of this, the dealership has made no effort to resolve the situation or assist me.
Be very careful when buying a vehicle from this dealership. Based on my experience, they sold me a car with a severely degraded battery without disclosing its condition, and they have refused to stand behind the sale. This has left me with a vehicle I can’t use, an expensive loan, and an enormous repair bill.
