I live in Dallas/ Ftwth and property taxes are are ridiculously high. when I retire in five years. I'm selling my house and moving to another state. I hate to leave Texas but I won't be able to afford to live here.

87. I retire at the end of July I get $1300 in Social Security to live on that’s why I kept working after they take Medicare and whatever plan with it I’m about $ 800

My mom gets 950 per month her house is paid off but is not enough to pay bills food and property taxes and home insurance that alone is 500 pero month so she doesn’t have to pay in full. I pay pay for her property tax and insurance to help her out but still is not enough
