growing hair is sooooo easy. just wash it once or twice per week, use a leave in conditioner…style it and leave it ALONE (trim every 3 months). My hair is quite literally down my back!!!!

I think we make growing hair more complex than it needs to be. As a kid, our moms washed our hair, moisturized it with pink lotion and grease, then styled it and it was down our backs.

Since washing my hair more, incorporating blue magic, and keeping up on my trims- I finally love my hair when I look in the mirror. It’s only been 4 months but I can see the difference

Do you blow dry after every wash or air dry? I wanna start doing this but I don’t wanna constantly put heat on my hair

How often to wash? I hear your hair porosity plays a part. I have low porosity so I’m scared of washing once a week because I don’t want to weigh it down with products
