I used to live in that low vibration, buried under the weight of suppressed abuse, neglect, and the narcissistic patterns that ran through my family line. I was shamed for simply existing in my truth. ​But energy shifts when you choose courage..Shame thrives in the dark, but it cannot survive the light of the truth. ​For too long, generational curses of abuse, abandonment, and narcissism were allowed to run wild because of the silence that protected them. Shame kept me at my lowest frequency—but no more. ​I am sharing my story today to completely step out of that shame and break the cycle once and for all. My truth is valid, my voice is powerful, and I am finally choosing to be seen. 🖤 This is my reclamation. This is my healing. 🙏✨
