The Straits of Hormuz is 100% in the TERRITORIAL WATERS of Iran and Oman - NOT International Waters: 1). The Right of Navigation was established by the UN, but since the US and Israel ignore international laws, so can Iran. 2). Iran, along with 25 other UN Members, including the US and Israel, aren't parties to UNCLOS. 3). Iran ALWAYS asserted it's right to control the Straits of Hormuz like many Waterways are controlled, including Turkish Straits, Danish straits, Suez Canal, Panama Canal, Saimaa Canal, Lawrence Seaway and Great Lakes. 4). A 1% toll isn't economically significant and companies are willing to pay it to get their ships through, but the US PREVENTS it. 5). The US needs to LEAVE NOW and let Hormuz be reopened again. 6). It's justified for Iran to prohibit Countries that sanctions them because that's an act of war, including the US, EU, UK, Canada, Australia, and Japan, from using the Straits.
