Creamy tart and so easy to make! 1 - 12 oz can Evaporated milk 1 - 14oz can sweetened condensed milk 1/2 cup fresh lime juice grate of lime and lime thin slices for cake 1 - 8oz cream cheese 1 package cookie biscuits FOR 8X8 PAN 1. Combine both cans of milk, cream cheese abd lime juice in blender. Blend till combined and smooth. 2. pour some mixed cream in pan, line with biscuits, add more cream, line biscuits continue and end with cream on top. 3. Sprinkle lime zest on top and garnish with thin sliced lime twists. 4. Refrigerate for 5 hours or longer for best consistency.
