I’m so happy that you are using heavier weights! Most of these videos only include 5lb or 8lb, and I think “why am I using heavier weights to start with end goal to have your type of muscles

real question, when i do regular bicep curls i barely ever feel it in my bicep i only feel it in my shoulder/ rotator cuff, could this be from a rotator cuff injury i used to have? how do i get it to target my biceps??? like im definitely getting stronger cause i can curl 30s now but i feel like it isn’t noticeable like yours
