I'm assuming Sutton knows how to swim?...If not... I am SURE you and Kevin will make sure he does, just so there's no accidents. We tought both our boys how to swim when they were almost 2. That way we didn't have to stress as much...but that was back in the 90s.

Doesn't your homeowners insurance require the pool to be fenced in? As far as I know every where in WV homeowners insurance require at least a four foot high fence. However, that's in WV. We had an above ground and had to fence it in. Hopefully you will get to swim in august. Good luck. Are you paying for a water truck to fill it up?

Is the hot tub set up on a different heating system? So u don’t have to heat the whole pool. Probably a dumb question but my hot tub is inflatable 😅

How much time does it take each day to take care of all of the animals? This is our retirement dream (we wouldn’t get monkeys- but a lot of animals), but I’m afraid it may be too time consuming.

Easy enough to teach dogs where the exits (steps) are. Just don’t let them jump in until they know where the exits are. We say “steps”, they exit.
