Oh you mean me. Unfortunately they use ATS systems that filter out exactly what they’re looking for. Think about it. The ultimate generalist (systems thinker) won’t fit key words. It’s proven between the lines of a resume.

You’re not wrong, but even if you are one of these ultimate generalists (have got to the final round interview 8 times since Jan) the hiring managers are still are just hiring their buddies or wanting the hard backend infrastructure person despite what the job description and HR screen says they want. if at the end or the day or were never hiring in the first place just wasting time to demonstrate growth and look good to their investors…maybe the market is still adjusting or this guidance is not being enforced properly from the executive level downward
