I injured my knee 6 months ago during wrestling practice and my parents won’t take me to the doctor for it when it’s numb, there’s a visible indent next to my patella, can hear grinding sound when moving it, and feels extremely unstable and painful. Along with a ankle injury and doing marching band on both those injuries with a very difficult drill

I have knee pain and just hoping when I go see the ortho surgeon that it’s just a really bad sprain or some type of muscle imbalance cause I do martial arts and don’t wanna be out for long so if it’s not that then yeah I’ll probably have a rough few months of tweaking out cause my sport keeps me mentally stable
