It honestly feels like my For You Page thinks I’m some kind of “dork” with little to no friends. The videos it keeps recommending make it seem like the algorithm has decided I’m socially awkward or don’t have much of a social life, even though that’s not necessarily true. I get that it’s probably basing these recommendations on what I’ve watched or interacted with before, but it still feels like it’s made the wrong assumption about who I am. It’s a good reminder that algorithms can be pretty inaccurate and often reduce people to a few interests instead of showing who they actually are.
