A 2 yr old asking to skip the ads isn’t evidence of “too much screen time” or bad parenting. Toddlers are excellent at recognizing patterns, and if they’ve ever seen ads skipped before, they’ll naturally make that connection. One short clip doesn’t tell you how a child is raised. Child development is shaped far more by loving, responsive parenting than by whether a toddler recognizes an advertisement. It’s okay to disagree, but judging an entire family from a few seconds of video is unnecessary. I love you guys! He’s an incredibly smart kid!
