Naproxen works better for me. I have to double up ibuprofen and Tylenol for it to help.

Tylenol for the headache, ibuprofen for the cramps. Why have the PMS meds not figured that out? I’m done with periods now, but I would often double up.

I actually talked to my doctor about this a few years back. I have hereditary hemochromatosis, ibs and dysmenorrhea. After chatting with him he prescribed me naproxen, I take it 3 days before I start and during my period a d it is a game changer. It also helps with the joint pains I get.
