Fun thing is, I found this one is super easy, just focus in the hole in the middle and use it as a turning point, put it below to make it going clock wise and above to make it counter clock wise

I think by default, we look at the object as if looking at it from above. That makes it appear to be spinning clockwise. If you can make yourself think you’re looking at it from below, it will spin in the opposite direction.

Esta es fácil, pueden hacerlo enfocándose en la parte vacía del centro y hacer como si lo estuvieras viendo desde arriba o desde abajo, según la dirección que quieras que tome.
