This guy is wrong. Not only will it deliver but he is missing the current “anti data center” movement. It will force Spacex and Rocket lab, ATS, to not only put the data centers in space but to maintain them there. Then SpaceX will use Tesla robotics to maintain them 24hrs a day in space. So listen to him or look at where the macro winds are taking the ship
