I grew up above the deli (my grandma owned a hair salon a few doors down) in the 90s, and we used to shop here all the time and the man let me in the back to eat some fresh lukier for the paczki. I have so many good memories here. THANK YOU

As a Polish American, this is so beautiful. Im crying rn Our people literally went through so much and work so hard (not saying others don’t do the same) They most likely left Poland when it was in its communist state. It was so terrible to live there. Absolutely nothing in the stores, living off government coupons, martial law, etc. I can only imagine how happy and blessed they feel. Thank you for everything you did for them🥰

I used to stop here whenever I was in the area dropping a car off at one of the body shops we worked with. Haven’t been over that way in years. I’m 2+ hours north of the city and don’t work at that job anymore but I’ll have to try and make the trip this summer
