This year I built dressers, nightstands, media consoles, desks, benches, and custom pieces for families across California. Every piece started as rough lumber and ended up as something that will hopefully be used for decades. Working with wood teaches patience. No two boards are the same, and no project ever goes exactly as planned. That’s part of what makes building furniture rewarding.
