People who say, “It’s good” or “It’s just an adaptation,” simply weren’t there when we spent years invested in the original cartoon. We grew up with Aang, followed his journey from beginning to end, and formed a real connection with those characters. I understand that no adaptation can be perfect, but this one feels like an insult to what made the original so special and to the fans who have loved Atla for years.
