I know someone who stopped and halfway through the cop got a call and had to leave. After about 30 minutes of waiting the guy left the stop. Later he got arrested for fleeing and evasion because “he never had permission to leave the traffic stop.” I still don’t know if it was the cop or the law, but someone needs to get their act together. Some serious bspd.
