i stand with neil the seal!! u never see him bothering anyone, the ppl love him, and thats all the wildlife ppl do is interupt that poor baby's naps. makes you wonder why they keep coming out to rest on his favorite fence i can kind of understand why they dont want him in the middle of a street

Could you imagine being in a town that is so small, that financially it is hurting your town badly because of a sea lion. but in reality I'm thinking it's going to turn around cuz now tourists are going to come to town, too meet Neil.
