@steviechuu: One of the greatest honors of my career. This week, the U.S. Navy invited us to serve lunch to 800 sailors and Marines aboard the USS Arlington as part of Sail250. To be trusted with feeding the men and women who serve our country is something I’ll never take for granted. I’ll admit, cooking for 800 people felt like a daunting task. Then we met the Navy’s Culinary Specialists. These professionals serve thousands of meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner on a regular basis, and working alongside them was incredibly humbling. Their experience, organization, and teamwork made what felt like an overwhelming challenge seem effortless. Thank you to the U.S. Navy, the crew of the USS Arlington, and Sail250 Maryland for allowing us to be a small part of this historic celebration.
