@homewithrosiee: lets make berry ripple ice cream because now is the time to make the most out of summer berries such as strawberries and raspberries 🍓🍒 Ingredients 280g Berries 50g Caster Sugar Half of a Lemon Lemon Zest Salt 600ml Double Cream x1 tin of Condensed Milk (390g) Vanilla Extract 1. In a pan combine the berries, sugar, lemon zest and lemon juice. Simmer this mixture together until it becomes a watery jam substance. 2. Place a bowl under the sieve and add the mixture to it to separate it from the seeds using a spoon to press into the sieve. Do this until the thick juice has gone from the sieve and only seeds are left. Leave this to cool. 3. In a large bowl, whip your cream until it forms stiff peaks. Quickly add in your vanilla extract and condensed milk. 4. In a lined tin, layer your cream layer and cooled jam layer. 5. Freeze for 6 hours. #icecream #strawberryicecream #summerdesert
