When the goalkeeper comes out of his line, there must be two opposing players ahead of you the time you're receiving the ball for you to be onside.The Iranian player was offside because a fraction of his leg was ahead of the second-last Egyptian player.This is just the same situation with the Karim Benzema goal that was disallowed against Liverpool in 2022 UCL final👌👌👌
