I do the " limp wrist" curl with a bar in bodypump class , stops my forearm pump problem 👍 , but I don't think it helps my wrists very much

I think It’s because of the fulcrum, it extends slightly therefor changes the ratio. I could be wrong but the mechanical advantage changes
