Puré de patatas: • patatas 700 g • leche 140 ml • mantequilla 40 g Hervir las patatas en agua bien salada. Pasarlas por un colador y añadir leche caliente y mantequilla. Sacar el steak del frigorífico con antelación. Cocinar 1–2 minutos por cada lado dependiendo del grosor. Añadir mantequilla, ajo, tomillo y romero, y bañar la carne con la mantequilla aromática.
