Can I ask a stupid question? I live in Texas and if something similar were to happen to me here right? No warrant, no legal basis for them to be there. After I have repeatedly asked them to leave if I were to brand is a weapon on them. Because they are in my house. Could I be arrested for that even though they are law?Enforcement, but there's no legal right for them to be there. just curious
