Ingredients: * ¾ cup warm milk (180g) * 5 tbsp unsalted butter, melted and cooled (71g) * 2¼ tsp instant yeast (7g) * 3½ tbsp granulated sugar (44g) * ¼ cup Greek yogurt (60g) * 1 large egg (50g) * 1 egg yolk (18g) * 1 tsp vanilla bean paste (5g) * 3¼ cups flour (390g) * 1 tsp salt (6g) Filling: * Nutella (200–250g) White hazelnut spread  Chocolate Coating: * 1½–2 cups chocolate chips (250–300g) * ¾–1 cup chopped hazelnuts (75–100g) Instructions: In a large bowl, combine the warm milk, yeast, and sugar and let sit for 5 minutes. Add the egg, egg yolk, Greek yogurt, melted butter, and vanilla bean paste and whisk until combined. Add the flour and salt and mix until a dough forms. Knead for 8–10 minutes until smooth and elastic. Place the dough in a lightly greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1–1½ hours. Punch down the dough and roll it out to about ½-inch thick. Cut out donut rounds and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Cover and let rise again for 30–45 minutes until puffy.
