Calypso :
Hey stranger, i recently got my bpd diagnosis after years of hurt, and i understand unfortunately just how painful and hopeless it felt, how much i ended up pushing my loved ones away even unintentionally the past few years. I’m in the midst of writing a project, and i wonder if this paraphrase would help : “you don’t need to see life as something beautiful, and i may never be able to convince you that it is, yet it is not as ugly as you’ve come to see. Somewhere, someone is either already fighting for you, or is willing to fight for you. I know how hard you’ve been fighting, and i hope you keep doing so, even if it’s you fighting for a reason to live, because it means you’re alive.” I can’t outright say i’ll fight for you, because i may not be convincing enough, but i do hope you find people that prove your trust right by letting you fall back on them, by believing that you’re worth their time, that you’re someone they want to fight for. From one soul to another, you aren’t too much for struggling, you aren’t too little for believing you have nothing left. You are simply you, and that’s worth more than your mind wants you to believe. Keep up the fight no matter how quiet it is. even if it doesn’t get outright better immediately, it’ll grow manageable is what i always say. please take care of yourself, stranger. i hope i get to see your posts with you alive and well some time in the future. you’re loved deeply.
