God also asked them what they did before sending them out of the garden. Rather than being honest and taking accountability Adam blamed Eve, Eve blamed the snake. It’s a reflection of how we should be completely honest with God and take accountability.

so he did it all fully knowing everything for companionship? but heaven was not empty beforehand. so I still can't make sense of it. there were angels & such. and why would he want to prove that souls can love him by choice if he already knew? and where did the souls come from, did he just create them?

Why does evil even have to exist as a choice? I could chose between going on vacation to Greece or Venice. Those are two great choices, and I still get to express my free will with no negative consequences to me, my family or the world. Why does evil even have to exist at all?

My kids are at an age where they’re old enough to explore through internet services. However a lot of the kids apps still have inappropriate things sneak in. I explained it to them like the tree in Eden. Yes you could choose to learn about things that will expose you to knowledge that you’re not ready for. And once the fruit is eaten, you have that knowledge, you can’t take it back. You can’t take back your childhood innocence once lost.
