It is literally getting so dark so early and I hate running in the dark. It is also freezing here in Sydney at the moment. You can literally see the steam coming off my breath during this run…. I am unbelievably open to all running tips about how a girl can feel safe but still get her runs in during the depths of winter.

I think I’m doing the same pls. As you and got confused over the same run last week! I was on the treadmill and somehow that made it worse
