Police can't, Trespass approach a Property owner Agent, Employee of Property owner, Arrest (kidnap) due to a possibility, Hunch Without absolute Proof. Because they technically could be trespassing. Without a report made by the owner.

We had a situation like this happen when we were younger. Cop backtracked so bad, gave us “special wristbands “ that let police know we were friends. I wish we were educated enough then to know we had an easy lawsuit
