GUYS i have eczema and the two things that have made it go away are wearing scratch sleeves on a night and using oilatum lotion. in less than a week my eczema has decreased dramatically. you can get scratch sleeves from amazon and theyre very breathable and you can get the lotion from superdrug for about £10 with a superdrug card ❤️
