a real independent investigative journalist, would introduce themself as the said. Let it be known that he's there to exercise the 1st amendment, then provide simple literature to the public workers because they probably aren't aware. Then proceed filming.

These First Amendment Auditors are often wrong in how they interpret public and private property. They seem to believe that because a place is open to the public, anyone can stay there and do whatever they want, but that’s not how it works. There are rules, policies, and boundaries in place for a reason. They also claim that trespassing isn’t a crime, but that’s not true. If a business or property owner asks someone to leave and they refuse, it can become a trespassing issue. Just because someone is filming does not mean they have unlimited rights to remain somewhere.
