Rinse the sea bream, pat dry with paper towels, and rub with salt and pepper inside and out. Make several cuts about 2.5 cm (1 inch) deep on the sides of the sea bream. Strip the leaves from the rosemary and basil sprigs. Place half of the leaves inside the sea bream. Finely chop the remaining leaves and put them in a small bowl. Mix with the dried thyme, chopped garlic, white wine, and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Line a baking dish with a sheet of parchment paper large enough to wrap the sea bream completely. Place the sea bream in the dish, generously coat it with the herb and oil mixture, and wrap it in the parchment paper. Bake for 30 minutes. Transfer the wrapped sea bream to a serving dish, carefully unwrap, and serve hot.
