ronnie did 20 reps 15 reps and 12.. and the all the other greats docmany reps with many sets. so no thanks to 6 to 8 reps for building muscle. its good for strenght tho

Well I never do either. I do 100 reps in all my workouts at moderate weight with 30 seconds rest in between stressing and pumping that muscle out and I am huge. 💪
